Demanding their rights
House Speaker Thomas Foley meets with disabled protesters in Washington's Capitol Rotunda Tuesday. Later, police arrested 75 demonstrators who chained their wheelchairs together and chanted slogans demanding quick passage of a bill guaranteeing their civil rights.
