To Whom it May Concern:

I write in strong support of MiCASSA, an important piece of legislation I will fight to get passed in Congress.

Americans with disabilities are still Americans. They should not be locked into nursing homes against their wills, nor should they be robbed of their homes in order to pay to stay in those homes.

With a little professional help, disabled people can live in their own homes. This bill will allow them to do so.

I look forward to seeing this bill passed and signed into law.

Sincerely,

[signed] Robert A. Brady

Member of Congress
