In response to your written request for a meeting with Dr. Sullivan October lst through the 4th, Dr. Sullivan is unable to meet with you during that time; his busy schedule does not allow him to be in Atlanta on those days. Greg Ruth of my staff has conveyed this message to your Denver office and has repeatedly left messages for you in Atlanta.

Mr. Thomas T. Williams, the HHS regional director (Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee) has agreed to meet with your group while you are in Atlanta. He is located there and can be reached at 404/331-2442.
