Members of a group called the American Disabled for Attendant Programs Today demonstrated yesterday to press Congressional leaders for meetings on such health-care legislation as allowances for attendants used in the home. Protesters blocked the entrance to the National Republican Center, above, and three floors of the Democratic National Committee offices.
