As has become custom, the Spring action started with ADAPT's national Fun*run. Again ADAPT was pushing for the Community Choice Act, the battle went to the Rayburn building and the House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Health. Next came HUD and and the American Hospital Association which represents the places from which most people are fed to the nursing homes. The action finished up with visits to educate all the legislators about the importance of the Community Choice Act.
