Incitement was the newsletter ADAPT published from 1985 until the early 2000s. It was started by Stephanie Thomas, Jim Parker and Bob Kafka of ADAPT of Texas but quickly became focused on National ADAPT and Stephanie became the primary editor, writer and publisher. Around 2008 Kansas ADAPT took over publication of the newsletter for National, Tessa Goupil and then Kevin Siek were two of the main Kansas ADAPT editors of Incitement. Marilee Adamski-Smith edited Incitement on the national website for a while. Now the Media Committee of National ADAPT edits Incitement current issues of which are available via the National ADAPT website.
